CARD CARRIER
This carrier is designed by Sightline and approved by the operators and banks before going into production. This is a templated design, but will incorporate the operator’s brand and program customer support number/cardholder portal url.
PLAY+ LOGO
The primary Play+ logo should be used whenever possible. (1/2)
Dark logos are acceptable to use on light backgrounds (1/3) and light logos are acceptable to use on dark backgrounds. (2/4)
For one-color applications, only use the monochrome versions of the logo. Brand colors are preferred for backgrounds. (3/4)


CLEAR SPACE

EMAILS
Email communication is an essential touchpoint that allows you to stay connected with your patrons at key moments in their journey. Sightline sends emails to Play+ patrons, including welcome emails, account notifications, and incentives.

Welcome Email
This email is sent to the patron shortly after enrollment. It confirms their enrollment with a welcome message, informs them how to access and register with the cardholder portal, and reinforces the benefits of the card.

Drawing Promotion Emails
This is a series of emails that informs patrons of upcoming drawing promotions and allowing them to opt-in to participate. After opting in, patrons will receive entry updates and notification of the results at the conclusion of the drawing promotion.
